Admission and Ticket Exchange Procedure for Pre-Arranged Programs
The museum opens at 10:00 a.m. Entry to the museum building is not possible before this time.
After the museum opens, and depending on the number of groups arriving at the same time, we recommend that one accompanying adult proceed directly to the ticket office, while another accompanying adult reports to the program coordinator waiting near the ticket desk.
Please make sure you know which program your group is attending, as several programs may begin simultaneously. While tickets are being purchased, the program coordinator will escort the group to the cloakroom and restrooms.
Tips for Visiting with a Group of Children
Prepare the children in advance for their museum visit. Talk to them about what a museum is, what they can expect to see, and the rules of museum behavior.
If your group is attending a museum education program, it is helpful to let students know what to expect. Our programs are interactive and are based primarily on students’ observations and opinions, rather than on factual knowledge alone. Museum classes may also include group work, discussions, trying on costumes, and handling replica weapons.
If you are visiting independently, it is recommended to select one specific period or exhibition to focus on. Help guide the students’ attention and assign tasks suited to their abilities and interests.
Tip: If students are interested in sports in their free time, you might encourage them to look for objects, images, or themes related to this topic within the exhibition.
We wish you a pleasant and enjoyable museum visit!
