One of the most famous photo exhibition of the world, World Press Photo is open only a couple of days in the Hungarian National Museum! Its last official opening day is October 23d until 8:00 p.m.
This is the second time for World Press Photo to be organized in the Hungarian National Museum. The exhibition that often presents rather shattering images is accompanied by two additional shows this year: the awarded works of the „Digital Storytelling” contest and the surrealistic pictures of internationally acclaimed Flóra Borsi. The annually organized exhibition is an important part of the international and Hungarian cultural scene and has been present for the past 42 years in Hungary.
Note: On Wednesday, October 23d, admission is free to the National Museum exhibitions. Visitors are required to buy tickets to World Press Photo, as it is an external exhibition. More about admission HERE and the exhibition HERE.
