Tuesday 15th October – Full day excursion to Dobó István Castle Museum, Eger
            08:00      Coach departs from the Museum
            10:00      Arrival at Eger Museum
10:00 - 12:30      Welcome speech.  Small pipe exhibition of Turkish pipes. Handing session lead by Emese Varga in two groups. Weapon and decorative art exhibition in the Bastion.

12:30 - 13:30     Lunch

13:45 - 15:30     Guided tour in the permanent exhibition and in the casemate (please bring good shoes for walking)
16:00 - 18:00     Light dinner and wine tasting
            20.00      Approximate arrival back in Budapest.

Wednesday 16th October - Hungarian National Museum, Budapest
            
10:00      Depart from the museum to the Hungarian Catering Industry and Trading Museum
                           Visit the exhibition Fumings.
12:00 - 14:00      Lunch and return to National Museum
14:00 - 15:00      Guided tour of the museum exhibitions
15:00 - 16:30                      AIP Charity Auction
16:30 - 17:00      AIP Annual General Meeting
            19:00      Gala Dinner

POST-CONFERENCE TOUR
Thursday 17th October – Full day excursion to Banská Štiavnica (Slovakia)

             08:00      Coach departs from the Museum
             11:00      Approximate arrival at the Old Castle Museum in time for coffee and snacks.
12:00 - 14:00      Guided tour of the museum, in two groups, and pipemaking workshop
14:00 - 15:00      Lunch
15:00 - 16:00      Free time in the town
            16:00      Depart for Budapest
19:00 - 20:00      Approximate arrival back in Budapest

Please note dinner is not included, so you are free to make your own arrangements on arrival back in Budapest.
