Follow the Roman helmet! Around the Nagytétényi Castle, guiding posts ending in a Roman helmet face help visitors to get through the gate from St Florian Square to the visitor centre, located behind the baroque castle in the former manor stable building. Following renovation, it is now an exhibition space that meets all visitors' needs. The building's central reception area offers a place to relax and refresh. In the museum shop you can find books and souvenirs from the Hungarian National Museum, as well as publications on the Roman Campona. The visitor centre also includes a spacious activity area, which can be used for conferences, temporary exhibitions, museum education, lectures, screenings and workshops. In the play area, children can put on the helmets and armour of Roman soldiers. And with the help of replicas and plastic weapons, they can try out how heavy a Roman cavalry shield is, or even how to wield the fearsome Roman gladius. With the help of toy figures of Roman families and soldiers, they can be transported back to the fabulous world of the Roman Empire on the wings of their own imagination.

The open-air stage is a great venue for theatre performances, concerts, traditional shows and garden theatres.
