41 works in total narrate our history and art to the world in the project exhibition curated by Beste Gürsu, where a selection from the east and west expedition city maps in Matrakçı Nasuh's works titled “Beyan-ı Menazil Sefer-i Irakeyn” and “Tarih-i Feth-i Şikloş Estergon ve İstol Belgrad” are precisely transferred onto tile panels by 12 female artists under the leadership of Muralist Sevim Ersoy, a selection from Matrakçı’s verses are transferred into diwani scripts, and several of his qualifications are transferred onto canvas with a modern interpretation.

While the qualifications of Nasuh, who is one of the hidden geniuses of our history, are narrated in different disciplines of art, the viewer will be able to follow the routes of the expeditions together with Matrakçı through his miniatures, and find the opportunity to explore the Ottoman Empire of the 16th Century both in the chronological and historical sense with this exhibition.
